Avui és l'aniversari de la Paula, i la seva mare, la Cristina li ha preparat sorpreses, una d'elles va en aquest paquet que li vaig enviar ja fa uns dies. Demà us ho ensenyo en detall no sigui que publiquem alguna foto abans d'hora ^.^

Today is Paula's birthday and her mum Cristina has a surprise for her, a part of it goes inside this package I send her some days ago. tomorrow I'll sow you everything I don't want to spoil anything :)

Olor a primavera

Bon dia, aquest cap de setmana hem tingut un dissabte genial, va fer un dia magnífic i m'agradaria compartir-lo amb vosaltres i així també m'aneu coneixent una mica més. Vivim al peu del Montseny, i entremig de la gespa ja despunten les primeres floretes de l'any! I sense cap fulla que ens fes ombra vam gaudir d'un cel espectacular.

Good morning, this weekend we had an amazing Saturday, and I'd like to share it with you so you can know me better. We live in the feet of Montseny, and on the grass the first flowers of the year showed by and without any leaf to shadow the table we enjoyed an amazing sky.

Normalment quan fa bon dia ho celebrem dinant a fora i aquesta no en va ser l'excepció, bon menjar, bona companyia i celebrant simplement que era dissabte

Usually when we have good weather we celebrate having luch outside and this was't the exeprion, good food, good company and celebrating just that it was Saturday.

El menú va ser senzill: costella de porc a la brasa i verdures al forn (de llenya) i per postres mandarines.

The menu was simple, pork ribs and vegetables all made at the BBQ and fruit for desert.

Ja havíem acabat de dinar i tocava començar a recollir i ostres! el forn encara està calent! i si fem un pastís? i posem un altre tronc?  Quina hora és? total només son les 4, si hem de fer temps fins que jugui em Barça,... va fem un pastís! 

We had finished our meal and we should have started to clean upand suddenly, the wood oven was still warm, ehat if we bake a cake? shall we add more wood? it's only 4 o'clok, if we have to make time since the football match.... let's make a cake!

I dit i fet! 4 ous, 180g de sucre blanc, 200g de farina de blat, un sobre de royal, mig got de llet, la ratlladura d'una llimona i una poma trossejada, tot ben barrejat i al forn i mitja hora més tard teniem un pastís fet amb llenya! Boníssim!

Perquè les improvisacions ens fan somriure! que tingueu molt bona setmana!

Said and done! 4 eggs, 180gr of white sugar, 200g of plain wheat flour, a spoon of baking powder, half glass of milk, one lemon zestand a chopped apple, all mixed and at the wood oven and 30 minutes latter we had an amazing homemade cake! Delicious!

Because improvising makes us smile! I wish you the best week!

La Cloti és la nostra girafa! viu al moble de l'entrada i vigila a tothom que entra i surt de la casa. 

Cloti is our Giraffe, she lives at our entry tiny hall keeping an eye to every body going out or in our home.

 

La vaig fer gràcies al grup de Facebook Jam made CAL and Craft swap grup un grup internacional on cada mes o cada dos ens plantegen un CAL que vol dir "Crochet Along", que traduït seria una trobada per teixir juntament, és un grup internacional i compartint projecte és com si no estiguéssim soles. 

I made her thanks to the Jam made CAL and Craft swap grup on Facebook, an international group where every month or every two Jen organizes a CAL taht means crocheting along that is a metting to crochet all togheter, as is an international grup we share the project.

El patró està en anglès, però és molt senzill de seguir i el podeu trobar AQUÍ, jo vaig utilitzar una mica totes les llanes de cotó que tenia per casa, la majoria són de Katia, però algun color és del mercat.

The pattern is not difficult to make and you can find it HERE, i used all coton yarns I had in my stash, the majority are KAtia, but some aren't a famous brand.

Music inside

Bon dia, suposo que ja us haureu adonat que estic remenant el disseny del blog, estic aprenent a configurar-ho i mica en mica el vaig millorant, encara em queda feina per tenir-ho tot bonic, però estic contenta de l'evolució :)

Good morning, I'm sure you've noticed that I'm playing around with the blog design, I'm learning how to configure it and I'm making it better step by step, I still have a lot to do to have it as beatuful as I'd like, but I'm happy with the progress :)

Avui us presento un altre bolso, suposo que com que són peces funcionals que utilitzem cada dia ens agrada tenir-ne molts i combinar-los, aquest concretament està fet amb tela de patchwork i per donar-li un toc li vaig brodar amb vermell els mateixos motius de l'estampat.

Today I'll show you another hand back, I guess that as they are functional pieces and we use one every day we love to have lots of them, this specifically is made with patchwork fabrics and to give it a little colour I embroidered the fabric pattern in red.

  

Com podeu veure en les fotos del "making off" la Música va per dins, aquest bolso és per una persona molt especial que sempre porta alegria a dins i volia aconseguir que aquesta peça l'acompanyés

As you can see on the "making off" pictures Music goes on the inside, this purse was for a really special person who always have joy and I wanted to achieve a perfect march with this piece.

Cute family

Avui no havia preparat cap entrada, però al veure que al martes creativo d'avui destquen les meves granotetes m'ha entrat una emoció que no m'he pogut resistir a improvisar una entrada, encara que només sigui per ensenyar més cosetes a Arriba en el Desvan.

Today I wans't ready to post, but seeing that Creative Tuesdays has highlited my little frogs I couldn't resist to improvise a post even if it's only to show more to Arriba en el Desvan.

Ara ja fa molt de temps, vaig anar a fer el meu primer taller d'amigurumis a l'I love kutchi una botigueta super acollidora de la Barceloneta, allà la Lady Crochet ens va ensenyar a fer aquest conillet, jo havia fet ganxet abans, però mai en volum i em va enganxar de veritat! 

Long long time ago I went to my first amigurumi workshop in the I love kutchi shop, a little cozy place in Barcelona. There, Lady Crochet teached us this little rabbit, I did crochet before but never in 3D snd this became an adiction.

Aquest patró és molt divertit i senzill de fer i en vaig fer una família sencera per regalar, cada conillet té un color relacionat amb el seu nom propietari d'una família de 5 membres. També els vaig fer una senzilla cistella de trapillo per tenir-los tots agrupats i hi vaig col·locar una base de cartró per donar-li rigidesa. Va ser un encàrrec molt personalitzat que va enamorar. 

This pattern is very fun and easy to make, so I made a hole family, every rabbit has a colour related to its new owner from a family of five. I also made a little basquet with T-shirt yarn to have the family toghether and I put a carton base to make it harder. It was a really personalized order that really hit it off. 

No em queda massa per explicar, donar les gràcies a la Inge perquè em va obrir les portes a un món fascinant, a la Mara, perquè sempre té les portes obertes i bons consells i a Arriba en el Desvan pel petit reconeixement d'avui que m'omple d'energia i il·lusió.

I don't have much left, I just wanna thank Inge to open to me the doors to an amazing world,  Mara, becasue has always the doors opened and good advise and Arriba en el Desvan because the little recognition they did today fills me with enthusiasm and energy.
